PBL


                                    PBL

In PBL I have been learning about how you can use your hands, your heart and your head to create a healthier me.
We had a choice of doing mindfulness, nutrition, physical activity or brain science.
I chose nutrition because I wanted to challenge my self to do something I didn't know much about. 
My question is how much food does a ten year old need to eat in a week, the answer is 33 foods, I bet you want to know how I got the answer.

This is how I got it, I had to brain storm some ideas and this is what I got
 1.I need to research food with my parents.

2.Try it out by myself.
3.Start a weekly Diary  
When I eat something I will check what the sugar.
